Frequently Asked Questions
Click on the red "Book It" button and you will see live availability. Keep in mind availability changes constantly, so make sure to book in advance!
H Tours Hawaii is a "one stop shop" for all the best activities in the Hawaiian Islands. Since we work with many providers, reservations are necessary. WE HIGHLY recommend making reservations, as many activities are at a discount when you reserve in advance. Some providers even charge higher for those "walking in" because they know chances are you're not going to walk away. Finally, a reservation ensures you have a space on the tour. Trust us you don't want to spend so much time and money to come to Hawaii and then miss out on an activity because they were booked out!
Choose the tour you are interested in, click the red “Book It” button adjacent to the tour information, and complete the booking form.
Most companies, if not all, require you to call them if you're trying to book something 2-3 days in advance. Do you really want to be spending your valuable time in Hawaii calling around to desperately find something that is available to do? While we can usually accommodate most last-minute bookings, we highly encourage those that are checking out our website far in advance to book 2-3 weeks prior to desired date. You never know if there's a convention, special event, or an increase in overall visitors in town, and it would be a shame if the activities that you want to do are sold out because you waited until the last minute. Basically, if you know you want to do it, just book it!
Most companies have a set of centrally located hotels that they do pick ups from. When you select your hotel in the booking page, you will see the pickup location and directions. This makes the pickup process short so you can start the tour as soon as possible!
Gratuity is never required but if you enjoyed your experience, a tip is always greatly appreciated!

Week before labor day my mom and I went on the North Shore Beach Adventure tour. They picked us up in the morning, we went to a botanical garden and swam in a waterfall, snorkeled with sea turtles, had lunch, went paddle boarding, then finished with the Dole plantation. The lunch was really good, I would reccomend the Garlic or Coconut shrimp, and we even stopped for a fresh coconut along the road ... more. The overall tour was amazing, something I will never forget. We got to see more of the island, get out of the super touristy area, and see a few secret spots.
Ryan was our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and informative, he really knows his stuff. He remembered everyone's names and was always there to help. He was there to keep us safe, and we learned a few things along the way. Thanks Ryan!

I would first like to thank Ryan and Paul for providing an amazing experience. Pauls driving was 5 stars, no concerns what so ever (and I'm a compete back seat driver). Ryan is a great speaker, down to earth, and very knowledgeable of the island, the Hawaiian culture and the destinations. ... more

The tour itself was the best decision we made on this trip. You literally circle the entire island of Oahu. You get to step into the waters of the secret beach, snorkel with sea turtles (at another secret beach), go to north shore, ride up the coast and see the most beautifully views.. Man this is highly recommended for ANYONE who has never been to Hawaii.
Thank you Ryan and Paul for a memorable experience!!!!!

First, ask for Chris and Joe to be your guides! They were the best! They gave us the best info on where we should shop and where to eat. We took their advice several times after our tour. Joe was very knowledgeable about every area on the tour but also mixed in humor to liven up the information. We swam with the turtles and there were A LOT of turtles! We panicked because we didn't want to touch them ... morebut they were just all around us! I've never been chased by a turtle before! LOL! All my pictures were taken with a cellphone. You can't take a bad picture in Hawaii! I would suggest getting one of those power sticks to have extra power for your cellphone and make sure to keep your phone or camera out the whole time! Picture opportunities will surround you! The only thing is, bring your own towels for swimming. We booked through an agent and was not aware we would need our own towels. Although, it was so hot, we dried of quickly. But it was another awesome tour!

Overall:
The Grand Circle Island Tour was a nice "look and see" of the island. Our tour guides Yianni and Kelly had very good insight as to what we were currently seeing and had good tips on what other activities to do on the island. We liked that the group was not too big and the tour guides kept it interactive. The snorkeling area was in a spot where we wouldn't have known it was there if we weren't on the ... moretour. It felt like it was our own private area where the turtles swam up to the shore to greet us.

We went on a all day tour of Hawaii, it's beautiful beaches and wonderful fruit farms with John Jr. as our tour guide. John was great, very personable and knowledgeable, with a clear love for what he does and for the island of Hawaii. We had a lot of fun with this tour and before we had lunch we got to go snorkeling at a beach where there was a possibility of seeing turtles in their natural habitat. ... moreWe did turtles while there just not when we were swimming. John Jr. our tour guide did everything that he said we were going to do during the tour and everything that was written on the tour package. Either way it was whole lot of fun and I would recommend it as a great way to see the island of Oahu, especially if you get John Jr. as your guide.

Loved the tour!
Overall:
We loved this tour. It was our best day yet. It is a great way to get a great over view of the Island and some lovely attractions and scenery. Our driver and guide was Dennis. He was fantastic! He grew up here and was so knowledgeable about the area and the history. He brought a sense of friendliness and warmth to the group. They were clear with us about what was covered and what wasn't. Loved it!

Our family of six went on the Circle Island tour, our driver and guide was Carlos, it was an intimate tour of only 11. From the beginning Carlos was very entertaining and made the group feel really welcomed. He was very knowledgeable and gave everyone valuable tips and information. The tour took us to some fabulous places such as the blowhole and beach used in the movie from "Here to Eternity", the ... moreMacadamia farm where you get to sample the coffee and macadamias, then drove along the coast, stopping at Chinamans hat. We continued the tour going to a Shrimp stop for a lovely lunch, then moving onto Turtle Beach where you could snorkel, no green turtles that day, but some awesome fish and coral. The trip then headed inland to the Dole Pineapple Plantation where we enjoyed Pineapple ice cream with fresh pineapple, it was delicious. All in all a great day made even better by our knowledgeable driver Carlos. Would definitely do this tour again

Fantastic island tour of OAHU
Overall:
My partner and I would like to highly recommend Aloha Hawaii when choosing a circle tour of the beautiful island of OAHU. The day we travelled we were lead by owner Cameron who was very fun, informative and made our trip so enjoyable. The highlight of this tour would definitely have to be swimming with the turtles! The tour also involves stop overs at the tropical farms, (the macadamia farm was delicious), ... moredole pineapple plantation and the blowhole. Cameron also took us past Diamond Head. The tour was a great day out, leaving from Waikiki!

Set out today on a Grand Circle Tour of Oahu with Dennis as our driver. We saw some very beautiful island, beaches, homes of celebrities toured a macadamia nut farm sampled macadamia nuts and coffee - delicious!. We had a very nice lunch consisting of shrimps, swam with turtles and saw a turtle resting on the beach we saw the iconic Pipeline beach all of the famous surfing beaches we have read about. ... moreFinishing off with a delicious pineapple ice cream and the Dole plantation farm. GOOD TOUR OF THE ISLAND
Overall:
Our family of 4 did the Circle Island Tour of Oahu and we had a really nice Tour guide/Driver (Dennis), which made the experience all the better. The tour starts at 7 am, with pick up from various hotels, and is a good way to do a quick tour of Oahu island and then return on your own to see places you'd like to spend more time at. Dennis was knowledgeable and gave us little insights into Native Hawaiian ... morelife and history. The tour was at a leisurely pace (as is most things in Hawaii!) and finishes with a drop-off back to your hotel by around 4 - 4:30 in the afternoon. Lunch is at a Shrimp place with great tasting shrimps and a beautiful lakeside to have it at. In all, a good trip as a preview of the island before you set off on your own.

Great tour guide
Overall:
I took the Oahu Circle island Tour which became one of my most memorable trips for this year. I was in a group of 11 tourists of different nationalities from mainland US, China, Colombia, India and Indonesia (myself). There were so many spectacular places that we stopped at (beaches, plantations) but the most wonderful part of it was listening to our driver/tour leader Isaac. He was a great story ... moreteller, very friendly, lots of funny ideas (such as telling those who were late to return to the car would have to do the hula dance)and made us all feel as being part of a great family. The scenery was of course beautiful, you get to see the ocean, volcanoes, rain forests, luxurious residential areas, local villages, fruit stands and plantations.

Oahu Circle Island Tour
Overall:
Lots of stops and relatively cheap tour.  We saw everything that we were told we were see, including Waimanalo Beach (I think) which was spectacular. Other sights included tropical farms where we could sample kona coffee and macadamias, The lunch stop was a one of the fresh water shrimp farms which was delicious.... more
We also got to swim to turtles (5 feet away) which was really cool. Then off to pipeline beach and the pineapple plantation.

Our tour guide was really nice and as a local gave us information about what we were seeing and the island in general. As expected by seeing so much, a lot of the stops were quick (10mins) which was just enough time to jump off the bus and take a photo and jump back on. Being a small group however it only took a short amount of time to jump on and off the bus.
It was a good tour, but there are plenty like it on offer. It all depends what you want to see.
We had a good day and were happy with what we experienced.
