Twice a month, we offer our Full Moon Tour. We take the tour out the night of the full moon, as well as the night before to watch this celestial body slowly emerge from the ocean’s horizon. Both nights are fantastic and offer a one-of- a-kind opportunity!
Watching the full moon rise up out of the sea is stunning! Amazing photographs are absolutely possible with this monthly event. We provide tripods for every customer, allowing you to shoot at very low or very fast shutter speeds capturing a variety of the moon’s majestic beauty. With many different locations to choose from, you will be able to capture photos of the moon next to a lighthouse, volcanic island, reflecting in a tide pool, or perhaps the most-rare shot of a moon-bow!
Moon-bows or lunar rainbows are rare natural atmospheric phenomena that occur when the moon’s light is reflected and refracted off water droplets in the air. Maybe you’ll get lucky, they rare stunning!
After taking photographs of the moon that lights up the sky, we have an additional treat for you. Ever heard of steel wool photography? Well, we will take a walk on the beach and show you how to how – it’s epic. So, check your calendar to see if you will be in town for the next full moon. We’d love to help you create once in a lifetime memories!
