Frequently Asked Questions
Click on the red "Book It" button and make a request. You will receive a confirmation usually within hours. If it is not available you will not be charged and we'll help you find an alternative date or similar tour.
H Tours Hawaii is a "one stop shop" for all the best activities in the Hawaiian Islands. Since we work with many providers, reservations are necessary. WE HIGHLY recommend making reservations, as many activities are at a discount when you reserve in advance. Some providers even charge higher for those "walking in" because they know chances are you're not going to walk away. Finally, a reservation ensures you have a space on the tour. Trust us you don't want to spend so much time and money to come to Hawaii and then miss out on an activity because they were booked out!
2.5 hours. Our tickets have priority to ensure you're not spending all your time waiting in line.
Unfortunately we don't pick up at the cruise ship terminal in Aloha Tower Marketplace. The closest pick up location would be the Ilikai Hotel.
Choose the tour you are interested in, click the red “Book It” button adjacent to the tour information, and complete the booking form.
Most companies, if not all, require you to call them if you're trying to book something 2-3 days in advance. Do you really want to be spending your valuable time in Hawaii calling around to desperately find something that is available to do? While we can usually accommodate most last-minute bookings, we highly encourage those that are checking out our website far in advance to book 2-3 weeks prior to desired date. You never know if there's a convention, special event, or an increase in overall visitors in town, and it would be a shame if the activities that you want to do are sold out because you waited until the last minute. Basically, if you know you want to do it, just book it!
Most companies have a set of centrally located hotels that they do pick ups from. This makes the pickup process short so you can start the tour as soon as possible! When you get to the booking page, select the hotel you are staying at. Your confirmation email will have the pickup location which will either be your hotel, or somewhere within 5 minute walking distance.
Gratuity is never required but if you enjoyed your experience, a tip is always greatly appreciated!

“Doube Decker Bus Tour of Pearl Harbor & City Tour”
Overall:
We were going on the Pride of America Saturday and didn't have much time before to see Pearl Harbor and Honolulu. The bus picked you up on time and we got to see enough in this 1/2 day tour and be back for a luau. Excellent tour and narrative.

Overall:
We sat on the rooftop of the double decker bus, so that was cool.  The tour guide wasn't the best...I would have loved to hear a little bit of history of the city lights or even a little history about the Honolulu area...if I was an out of town guest (tourist) this would have made it a greater experience. He was really good about stating the rules while being on the bus and we got a crash course on ... moreducking when driving past overhung trees. Lol. Other than that, he didn't say much. It's not a big deal to me, but for out of town guests, being more of a "tour guide" on a "tour" would have been a good idea.
