Anini beach

Anini Beach Park

Highlights:
  • Wildest reef
  • Adventurous place
  • Interesting aspects
Description:

Protected by the world’s widest reef and situated in the Northern shore of Kauai, the original name of the beach was Wanini. However ‘W’ fell off the board and instead of fixing the board, the name was changed to Anini Beach Park. Equipped with facilities like restroom, bathroom and parking, the beach is ideal for a number of activities which include snorkeling, wind surfing, swimming, camping and paddle boarding.

No matter what your motive of the trip was, at the Anini Beach Park you can fulfill all your plans. For people who are looking forward to spend some time with friends and family then camping or going for fishing might be the right choice. There is a special permit that you will require if you are planning for camping.

For people who are looking for a more adventurous trip might be interested in wind surfing, snorkeling and swimming. However, there are dangers involved too, especially if the currents are too high. If you are planning to go with your family, then you can let your child roam around the beach without worrying as the beach is very shallow and safe. However, this can also be a disappointment for the typical beach going people.
